As such this does not seem to be a good economical choice, and also an inconvenience in that you will have to make more frequent purchases of this product. They are designed to COMPLEMENT your actual pre-natal vitamins.These are mostly for immune and respiratory support.For those two types of support it looks like it would do a great job(Vitamins C and D and Zinc).I got these for a pregnant relative who has a lousy immune system so hopefully these will help.They are made in the USA, vegetarian and Kosher and Halal ceretified and third party tested which gives me peace of mind.EASY to take...1 capsule 3x a day or all 3 at 1x.60 capsules at 3x a day is a 20 day supply for $19.99. That's a $1a day. That's expensive I think. I took off 1 star for that.

Aside from the Vitamin K shot that EVERY BABY needs at work, there are several vitamins that are helpful for YOUR BABY to be born healthy. But these ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE PRENATAL VITAMINS AS IT DOES NOT – CRITICALLY - contain either folic acid or folate in some form. This assumes you are already/also TAKING A PRENATAL VITAMIN WITH FOLIC ACID OR FOLATE. Each capsule contains C, D and B6 as well as magnesium, Zinc and sodium with natural additions of Honey powder, ginger root and Cinnamon bark. They are even Kosher and stamped to show they have essential prenatal nutrients. They claim to have been formulated by OB/GYN, maternal-fetal medicine and midwife professionals.There are NO typos, spelling errors, or mistakes in grammar of any kind on the label. This can sound superficial, but it is an example of CARE. A company that takes the time to properly proofread before printing their labels is, IMHO, more likely to take care in sourcing ingredients and manufacturing their product. Some vitamin companies do NOT show such care. They provide ONLY a phone number for support, no email.

I had assumed 60 capsules = 30 day supply, but you actually take 3 per day, making it a 20 day supply. For $20 it feels more expensive than I originally thought.
