1) Platform Provider (Shopify)
Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products to you. Shopify may process information related to your use of checkout, payment options, and related store services.
2) Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase products through the Services.

Shipping times may vary based on your location, carrier transit times, and order volume. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information (when available).

If a shipment is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact us promptly at support@BePregnancySmart.com so we can help initiate the appropriate carrier steps and investigation, where applicable.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to additional terms and may:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.
